PushOver allows you to configure Pushbullet notifications using the standard SuiteCRM workflow module. The module supports per-user configuration for personal notifications.
How might that be useful?
A couple of examples:

I installed this to use with an email based support system. Fed up of just receiving emails (that tend to get added to Junk or Clutter) I wanted actual notifications. Along with the PushBullet app (which needed a bit of fiddling – more than this plugin) this now provides exactly what i want – Push notifications and pop ups when I get urgent support queries.
