Description
The SuiteCRM Asterisk Integration allows you to enable Click To Call from any module in SuiteCRM.
The Call Notification center in the lower right corner of SuiteCRM will immediately show any customer information for both outbound and inbound calls.
Note: Supports Asterisk, FreePBX, Elastix, VICIDial, FusionPBX, Freeswitch
All Asterisk calls get logged into SuiteCRM and related to the appropriate records based on the phone number of the call.

Install and first test worked like a charm (well documented). The plugin did not work out of the box because I have a custom Asterisk integration but the support members Hiren and Lokesh, who are very skilled programmers, helped me out big time. They made the Asterisk Plugin work at the same time with WhatsApp integration, too. After install, the use of the plugin is intuitive and it’s beautifully designed.
